Amodel AS-1566 HS 是通用的、熱穩(wěn)定的、聚鄰苯二酰胺 （PPA） 級增強(qiáng)的，含有 65% 的玻璃和礦物填充物。具有良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性、良好的韌性、優(yōu)異的剛度、高強(qiáng)度、耐化學(xué)性、耐熱性和抗蠕變性。具有低線性熱膨脹系數(shù) （CLTE）、高熱變形溫度、高彎曲模量，專為注塑成型工藝而設(shè)計(jì)。典型應(yīng)用包括連接器、外殼、活塞、蓋板、發(fā)動機(jī)部件、電機(jī)和傳動部件。用于工業(yè)、機(jī)械/機(jī)械零件、草坪/園藝設(shè)備、金屬替代品、閥門零件、電力/其他工具、汽車行業(yè)，如電子和引擎蓋下。Amodel AS-1566 HS 符合 RoHS 和汽車規(guī)范。


Amodel AS-1566 HS is general purpose, heat stabilized, polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with 65% glass and mineral filled. Exhibits good dimensional stability, good toughness, excellent stiffness, high strength, resistance to chemicals, heat- and creep. Offers low coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE), high heat deflection temperature, high flexural modulus and it is designed for injection molding processes. Typical applications include connectors, housings, pistons, covers, engine parts, motor and transmission components. Used for industrial, machine/mechanical parts, lawn/garden equipments, metal replacement, valve parts, power/other tools, automotive industries like electronics and under the hood. Amodel AS-1566 HS complies with RoHS and Automotive specifications.
