Zytel FR50  is a 25% glass fiber reinforced, flame retardant polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. It contains additives as lubricant. It provides good chemical resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent balance of stiffness & toughness and good high temperature performance. It exhibits good electrical properties and good abrasion resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. FR50 is recommended for automotive, furniture, domestic appliances, sporting goods and construction applications.
