Bayblend FR3000是一種阻燃、易流動(dòng)的（PC+ABS）共混物。表現(xiàn)出剛性、高尺寸精度和穩(wěn)定性、良好的抗蠕變性、低吸濕性、良好的光穩(wěn)定性和高耐熱性等性能的良好平衡。具有良好的涂裝性，低排放，高剛度，易于加工和高韌性 - 即使在低溫下也是如此。通過(guò)注塑成型加工。建議用于電子、IT和通信、汽車(chē)和運(yùn)輸應(yīng)用、草坪和園藝設(shè)備（騎乘式割草機(jī)、錘鉆）和電氣應(yīng)用（連接器、電纜管道、其他電子技術(shù)產(chǎn)品）。Bayblend FR3000符合UL 94阻燃等級(jí)。

Bayblend FR3000 is a flame-retardant, easy flowing polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption, good light stability and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability, provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing, and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend FR3000 complies with UL 94 flame rating.
